Alexandra Tsatsouli is a lawyer at the Court of second Instance
She joined our team in 2022 and is active in both advisory and litigation. She mainly handles corporate clients, especially in commercial law cases for established companies in the primary and secondary sector. She advises clients in multiple cases of corporate matters, including company establishment, and shareholder agreements.
Alexandra Tsatsouli is currently writing her Doctoral Thesis on “The new Provisions of Sale Law”
