Sotiris Lytras

Sotiris Lytras is an attorney at law, appointed at the Court of First Instance

He is an M.Sc. in Law and Information and Communication Technologies candidate at the University of Pireaus Department of Digital Systems.

Sotiris completed his traineeship at our law firm. He is experienced in corporate law, engaging incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring projects, and assistance in start-up capitalization and administrative procedures. He also handles cases of insurance law and civil liability of doctors.

Through his inclination in the technology sector Sotiris has delved into data protection and corporate compliance, and has worked with trademark and patent registrations at national, European (EUIPO), and global (WIPO) level.
